Every day that we wake up, we are being given the chance to be a part of something bigger than ourselves. A chance to dance the dance of life.
I’ve always been afraid to dance.
I was told I wasn’t a good dancer when I was younger, therefore I avoided it.
Now I’m realizing that may have been because I was suppressing my true self.
A magical feeling happens when we begin to express ourselves from our core.
A feeling of aliveness and belonging.
Movement can alter our emotions.
Emotions can and do create our world.
Featuring thoughts from Ypsi Melissa (otherwise known as Jamie Berlin), who shares what we can learn from our pollinator friends, and Solomon Kreuger from Flow Dance Montreal, who shares about the creation of an intentional space that brings people together through freedom of dance.
